Sunday Night at the Metropolis 3rd December 2006

Christmas Eve is only three weeks away! Although it is too late to start those traditional Plum Puddings and Christmas Cakes, David Young is back to tell us all about their origins and the time to start preparing them.
In our health segment this week we touch on something that had affected me for years Migraine and some of the myths that have been associated with their triggers, we mention both WebMD and Health and Age web sites to check out more information.
The Theatre Guild of Ancon is having a Christmas show "Live from radio X.M.A.S" we go along to a line rehearsal and talk to Theresa Apple the author of the show, tune in to find out the times and how to get tickets.
And not forgetting our man in London John McKendrick who this week tackles the problems of cheap air travel out of London's Gatwick airport and attends a Labor Party Conference held in Oban Scotland.
