Our usual gambit of goodies, in our health snippet we look at a few statistics and recommend shopping around for your health insurance, as well as our popular aerobics spot. John McKendrick's Letter from London this week gives us colorful descriptions of commuting on the Underground and the Costswold market town of Woodstock.
An hour in to the program we have our local news headlines for the last week with John Mac and in the second half we take our roving microphone "Out and About" to Cafe Pomodoro where we met up with Panama's Chef Willy Diggelmann, we talk about the Club Vino as well as his restaurant "1985" one of Panama top eateries as well as having won many awards for best wine cellar (find out the cost of the most expensive bottle in the cellar!).
