Sunday Night at the Metropolis 19th November 2006

In our health segment this week we pass on some good advice received as to how you or I could help identify someone suffering from a stroke, (click here for more information on recognising strokes) as well as a preview of a full interview to be aired in our next program covering Medical Tourism in Panama.
Our man in London John McKendrick finds himself invited to a function at the Royal Geographical Society in Kensington, where he endures a talk on Iran and is a witness to the "Pinch". (pic: Royal Geographical Society London)
One of the ex-pats groups is getting ready for a New Years Cruise around Panama Bay (Pic: Bridge of Americas looking back from the bay, click pic for larger view) and we look for help with the clothes drive for the Elks to go towards helping the Children of the Hellen Keller Institute for the Blind. Are you working on a Children's charity this Christmas? Let us know so we can pass it on.
Remember, if you want to pass on wishes to family or friends or just say Hi... metro@on-the-radio.com
Our Sponsors: Mail Boxes Etc...(Check out their Panama City offices here)
